I just refueled. I've been using top tier gas in it because the owner's manual recommends it.

Almost finished installing new stainless steel brake lines and hoses. Just have to install middle line and rear hose. I also bought 6 quarts of 10-30wt oil and a motorcraft filter

And right as I'm getting the rebuilt engine back in the Yukon and getting it running, the Crown vic's transmission goes out.
It's one thing after another I tell ya.

I drained the oil to get a magnetic drain plug then refilled it with Walmart 10w-30 oil so I could run some motor clean through it, drained that out and then I put on a Motorcraft filter and some Valvoline 10w-30 high mileage. I also found out that it has a K&N air filter so I cleaned that and I will oil it tomorrow.and, I also cleaned out the airbox because mice where in it at some point.

I washed my Impala, polished it, shined the tires, detailed the interior and got heat stroke from it. Worth it. Also replaced a faulty speed sensor wire harness from the front-left wheel. Very common problem on these cars.

well the accident happened yesterday (ran over a VERY bad railroad track crossing going a bit fast) but today we took off a broken motor mount and took out the CV axle. it's a shame that's it's our only road legal vehicle and all we have to fix it right now is $3. we are just lucky it was just the motor mount and the CV axle and nothing else. 2001 ZX5 Focus if anyone wanted to know the car

our car is almost all original with 200k miles on it. main Motor Mount, both A arms, spindles, CV axles, front wheel bearings, and bolts on the front end will be new. rear wheel bearings have been replaced already. only rust is little spots all over the body.

new A arms for the car

    --- Post updated ---
we got our motor mount and it is now installed. we can now breathe a little easier but there is still much to buy (with no money right now so it'll have to wait) and much to do.
