Gunslinger is outdated from an old, forgotten pack(not disclosing which one). And the rest would be a no

 

Why

 

BNTF, Mutant and Stone Crusher would be difficult. Gunslinger used to be apart of the Aaron/Mike pack, but that was discontinued after an update broke it. The skin will not be returning anytime soon.
