How much would you charge (in €) for a model that has: unwrapped uvs (at least for exterior only) and textures in pow2 format polyflow similar to official cars separate body panels of realistic thickness drivetrain and suspension components of average detail quality realistic underside (doesn't have to be really detailed, just so it is not a flat black plane) interior of average detailing and texturing level, including gauges present inner bodywork (like front fender supports and so on) ?

Not for me. --- Post updated --- The car body I could do in like 2 to 3 days, including the underneath bits. UV Unwrap is second nature to me, more or less. Suspension I could borrow from official cars. The interior could be a problem, but not that bad.
