i have downloaded it but when i start it the game doesnt load and then the game crashes

 

Just wait. It takes a long time to load sometimes. I get the "(not responding)" every time I spawn this.

 

Can someone please explain the radio? Is it different depending on where you live? I live in Montreal, Canada and it's giving me Montreal radio stations but theyre weird and old fashioney like weve got chom 97 7 and cjad etc but its like it was recorded 40 years ago Im really curious
