It could have been a lot worse. Rather funny if you like slapstick comedy I suppose. what happened to your father?

Yeah, at least you didn't die. That would've been way worse.

I'm told that when I was quite small I stepped on a nail and it went all the way through my foot. Don't remember it, and there aren't any marks.

I also stepped on a rusty nail. I was about 5 and I thought my new shoes were super bad ass. Well they weren't. It stopped at the bone though.

These are not funny moments, unless if you are into dark humor and laughing at others misfortunes. Otherwise, this is the Damn Painful Moments thread.

Oh my god that had me rolling. Especially how to worded that. Like I may be a bad person for laughing so hard at this, but I would have been laughing too hard to do anything if one of my friends did this. Especially after he shot a nail gun at his arm. I have lit my hand on fire before. More on purpose than not. I really shouldn't get into that story here.

I'll tell part of it. So about a month ago, me and y friends had walked to this weigels at the other side of his neighborhood. We bought some stuff, and on the way back, I managed to cut my hand on a piece of playground equipment. (there is an elementary school that his neighborhood basically developed around). One guy had a lighter and about a pint of lighter fluid with him. (don't take that the wrong way. We weren't smoking or anything) So we decided that lighting my hand on fire would clean the wound. I think we just wanted to light someone's hand on fire. Anyway, I poured lighter fluid on my hand and lit it. I didn't get burnt at all because I put it out quick enough. I'm gonna end the story there. But you should try that sometime. Pour a good bit of lighter fluid on your hand and light it. You probably wont end up like hati if you react right and don't panic. Just put your hand between your thighs and it'll go out.

On the subject of death, and possibly murder, I have been playing Super Hexagon for 2 hours straight. I am SO HAPPY with how I take care of rage. I am now delirious and somewhat filled with rage.

I can tell you how I truly take care of it, and, well, let me just tell you:

I never played video games in any challenging sort of way as a small child (don't know if that affects it), and I never got enraged at a game (maybe one or two times I almost burst into tears from hysteria [prime example is that one last damn race in GRID with Ravenwest, and my goodness that was a hard time for me]), so I never *possibly* developed a sense of true anger (even when my good friend sabotaged my first chance at a relationship; I just was unsure of how to feel about that). I also am very open about knowing how annoying I am in games, and how much I can suck at them, so I never had a bunch of failed tries at something I was destined to win. So, I am one tough nut to crack with a lot of games.

I have started playing Boson X and Super Hexagon, and I think while my friends at school are stopping because of raging kind of, I just sit at the table, slowly going insane, as that is how I have come to deal with repetitive failure. (I also manage to get the levels done just before I turn into a serial killer, and they also are fun and addicting enough to keep me entertained.)

When I truly met my match with rage recently, it could've gotten bad. If any of you have played Trials Evolution, or specifically, the Extreme tracks on it, you know how nightmarish they can get. I spent four hours (FOUR FREAKING HOURS) on ONE SIMPLE OBSTACLE, and I got to the point where a pillow couldn't subdue the rage. I took my dinosaur of a computer case (the old one), and bent it in half. One bag of Spree as well did the trick to make me slap happy, and I was good to go lol.

So, if you guys have any good, engaging games such as Hexagon and Boson X, tell me, and I might play them (I am also finding them to be increasing my concentration levels, and if the game needs concentration, then that is an extra plus.).

(I was originally gonna post this to the folding thread, but I guess this can somehow fit into this thread as well, so that is why I was saying something along the lines of possible murder.)

TL;DR: I am glad I have things to take care of my rage, or else I somehow would kill someone (hopefully not literally, as in, I hope I don't, not I hopefully would kill someone, as opposed to literally.)

I was turning a corner on the highway in my scion f-rs. I turned too fast and drifted, then the car flipped XD. I broke 4 ribs, my legs and my left shoulder. Also I had my drivers license confiscated for 6 months :D.

I have also set my hand on fire before, with a lighter and fluid coincedentally :p No serious damage, just lost a few hairs. Although I dont smoke I do own a zippo, refueled it, managed to get some on me without noticing, ignite lighter and hand goes up with it in a stroke of pure genius.

I lent over a fire on a camp once with my James Mayesque hair, it ignited. Luckily there was a river next to the site so I went and jumped in that, just as I hit the water I remembered that I couldn't swim... oops..

Britain, a nation known for its naval prowess.... Unfortunately that happens to include drowning in rivers when trying to correct accidental self ignition. It also includes the dismantling of our navy, because screw logic.

Good luck drowning in my river. Not deep enough :p

I accidentally ran/ flipped over a girl I liked, on a Power Wheels ATV. Didn't hurt as much as I thought for all involved.

I did almost the exact same thing when I was about 4. I had this super badass power wheels jeep thing that I drove all the time. I was actually better at driving that thing than I was walking when I got it. So there was this girl that lived across the street from me, and I was driving her around my yard , and I took this really steep corner a little too fast. Well I ended up rolling the thing. It didn't roll all the way over, thanks to the plastic roll bar that sat behind the seats. I wasn't wearing a seat belt, because I'm a punk kid. I don't think she was either, no one was hurt, but she was just crying a ton. I took it like a champ, though. Sadly, the plastic roll bar sacrificed itself for us, because it kinda got messed up.
My sister got a little pink solstice a few years ago. That one isn't nearly top heavy enough to roll. We'd play this game where someone would drive the car around in the road and everyone would ram it with their bikes. And before that, when I still had my jeep, we'd have demo derbies.
Also: A pic of my super bad-ass jeep. Mine was exactly like this one.

Wait... OH YEAH. I ended up running over my sister, and we did a wheelie, that's it. Unfortunately, the wheelie was a bit too high, and we fell back to the ground. The ATV was fine though, and me and the girl.
