Could it be my mods?

    So this may be the wrong section of the forum to post this and if it is forgive me, but my game has recently become extremely slow menu wise and just overall loading things in, I have 157 "mods" files in my repo folder could clearing some/most of those out and reinstalling/keeping only the ones I need help with loading times etc?

    Yes, having loads of mod installed does significantly increase loading times and makes the UI more laggy. Clearing out some mods you don't use would help this. You can also pause the game when you are navigating the UI, which makes it much smoother.
