Added some needles to a mod, and this happened:

    BeamNG2018-06-0816-45-59-51.png BeamNG2018-06-0816-46-02-74.png

Any reason why these needles are not spinning like they are suppose to be?

Well this worked, copy and pasted the entire body jbeam and deleted the old “{“ then made a new document and pasted the jbeam there and it worked, weird how the jbeam system works

Ah I see, I’ll take a quick look at that, hopefully that will fix some of my other jbeam issues with props. If so, I’ll update this thread to solved

Have you applied rotation and scale in blender?

So if I understand this right: your left and right fender are one part in blender?
If this is true, and you want them to deform independent of eachother, you should split them and assign them to separate nodegroups.
What could be the problem now is that you have the right and left fender in one mesh part and only assigned to the right side nodes. If you have this, every small movement of the nodes on the right cause a big movement on the left side

Yes, both the right and left fender are one mesh in blender.

And yes, I'm pretty sure all the nodes are on one side (the right) side of the fender. So no nodes apply to the left side of the fender correct?

If that's the case, would I have to replicate the nodes from the right to the left?

Ehm, i was talking about right and left side of the vehicle.
Anyways. You should have a left fender with nodes on the left side (with a nodegroups that is the same as the group of the mesh) and one for the right side on the right side.

This doesn't look very promising nor healthy..
    BeamNG2018-06-0515-02-59-29.png

There's lots of movement in the node visualization and forces. Whenever I enable that stuff freaks out.

I'm know close to nothing about JBEAMs, so I have no idea what's going on in that image :s

Imagine every beam as a spring and a damper. If your spring is too stiff for your damping, it will vibrate. If your damping is too high(overdamped), it will not go back to the normal position and put stress on the rest of the structure.
So, for starters, I would say, check your geometry, triangular shaped are important and try to lower your spring value.

OK, And it is vibrating, so in that case I'm going to figure that the spring is too stiff for the damping off of what your saying.

So lowering my spring could be a fix then. I'll try that, thanks for the information :)
