Wentward DT40L for sale Information: Former city bus running the longest route, then sold and used by airport as transport bus for employees, then sold to private owner who did not drive Condition: Exterior is in rough shape, very scratched and beat up, many windows broken, no rear doors, front electric panel cover missing, front bumper missing Interior is decent condition, everything's plastic anyway so nothing is missing or broken majorly inside Mileage: 412,000 Warnings: 1. Check your local area for laws regarding ownership of a full length bus, you may need a special license to drive it 2. The 5-Speed manual in it currently is very difficult to use; more details in the 3rd warning. 3. This bus is very slow; not suited for speeds above 50mph and ONLY DRIVE IN FLAT AREAS. Bus will stall on any hills. Overall it'd make a great cheap workhorse, as it still has the original engine's full power and great torque figures! Could also be parted out or used to transport employees. Photos: Asking price: $6,800
Umm... I'll take it, however I realized that I forgot to mention that the engine has bad starting problems. we had to wire a seperate starter kit to get it moving. It'll need an entirely new starter which will be about $9,500 Would you like us to install the starter kit and then sell it to you at $30,000?
Awesome! When it's ready we'll contact you. Would you like it delivered for $500 or will you come pick it up?
