It also depends on their intents when released. If they want it in repo they will have to rename it of course and do some extra in order to get it approved. They may decide to change it back later on but we just gotta go with it. Besides if needed someone could ask to rebage it if he doesn't do much to the exterior and release that on the forums. Otherwise it is best to be happy that a car may come out in the future.

Uhm, that's not really how it works. The models were ripped from the game, not released to the public by the Forza devs themselves. For the repository you would still need ab explicit permissions to use the copyrighted content.
