WIP 1970/80's Pickup Truck. The Gavril J-Series!

I love the front end of the chevy in the picture but that is a 70's chevy not 80's I could make it a config tho. like my reply to think about making a config. (NOTE:not likely to happen until the mod is finished and even then it is not guaranteed.)

I think there's a meaning to the name D-Series. Maybe it's the fourth generation (D = 4), so an 80's style Gavril pickup should be called C-Series, a 70's one B-Series and so on...

 

Hirochi Dart/Subaru Brat? I'd say that's a good fictional name for it

 

How would that work? That would just be a whole other car. Gavril has the H-Series, the van. So instead of naming them after letters, it can probably go D1 as 1st gen, D2 as 2nd gen, D3 as 3rd gen and so on and so forth.

 

You are right... Completely forgot about the H-Series which ruins my point

Hi everyone the mod creation for me recently has been tough......(cough)Blenders problem making me go into settings and switch left and right click.... should come standard!(cough) I got a few things close to finish...
Cab: 75-80%.
Bed: I Don't Even Know.
Wheels:Just using stock wheels for now.
Suspension: ?...just debating about using base truck suspension.
Bumpers:100% got a front bumper that is exactly like a 80's Toyoda(To please the Toyoda lovers out there) rear is just going to be base bumper.
Textures:0% got people to get this done.
Interior:IDK might keep base pickup interior maybe not.


If you are willing to help send me a message and it help us. Reasons to help: the people I work with have jobs or have other things to do like helping other people with mods. I need people that can help when they can't.
NEEDING HELP WITH:Modeling(just not enough Modelers out there to help get a job done) Models:If you want to help by making models and sending it to me. It helps by forwarding customization in the mod(I GIVE CREDIT just need to know WHO to credit and have permission) Such things needed ANY engine(has to make sense or be ridiculous like a 2000HP motor. also preferably modeled) or Off road rims/original style of 80's Chevy,GMC,Dodge,...Ford...............Toyoda,International.

Also NO more suggestions needed I got as much as I need for references.

One thing about that image is that it is a direct copy of a Chevy AND it isn't a high quality mod for sure and the one I am trying to make is going have a nice high quality mesh and textures (Well at least hopefully it will have high quality textures and a nice mesh) plus it will be publishable.
