Gavril wasn't a small company that would take chances with niches.
The GP was a midsizer, and such a car would be the Moonhawk's corporate cousin eith a similar interior.

The Wendover seems to be a fictional Bonneville, seeing that Wendover is near Bonneville Salt Flats.

Seems that the number is approximate engine capacity in cc + number of side doors.

Think of it, having a hybrid car like a prius or prius-inspired car would mean a lot to the game. We would get a brand new FWD econobox that could serve as a modern taxi replacement for the grand marshall since nobody uses crown vics anymore, besides, it would serve as another testing bench for the dev team to try and see how an hybrid system that changes between car battery and ICE to power the wheels would work and what would be the logic behind it.

Well, that should be fun. I mean, who doesn't want a Prius (or something like a Prius) in-game to do whatever they want with it?

    1. It's already dying of in place of those hybrid vehicles in NY (and Uber of course), and there's rarely any P71s in the police force of multiple cities.
    2. Although I would agree, I feel as if it's a bit more... general. (NVM, it just got exported to this thread)

It got entirely phased out, there are no new parts being made for them OEM, and most taxis are using priuses or minivans. And some small officer units too. Again, i also thought about it as an experiment in-game to have a hybrid power train. Makes perfect sense, also would add a newer econobox car to the variety of the cars in-game, since the most economical car that is feasible to be driven in an IRL scenario is the covet, and that's an early 90's car that gets a turbo when tuned. An ugly prius or a hybrid based design makes perfect sense.
