how do i make a map without using the built in map editor

its too buggy and broken is therany other programs i cauld use

 

Please explain why it's broken. Most of the features work fine for me.
Aside from that, you can not make a map without touching the ingame editor.

it might aswell go back to skyrim modding where i belong

 

dont leave. You can use blender to make a map and then apply materials in the map editor or make a materials cs file

 

I have wanted to test this for so long, but never seem to find time for it, there is even terrain generator in Blender if you add it from plugin options, so certainly would be different route on map making:
