It took a long time, but I made it! Legran Tow Package and a keyboard, course shown in the image above, no resets or repairs (I had to use nodegrabber though, once to turn the car over and once to get it unstuck from a small hill. I also tried to fix a bent axle with it, but ended up just ripping the tire). The trickiest parts were
    1. The beginning, where a lot of rocks, small and large, were waiting to total my car everywhere
    2. The black mountains, where I had to carefully maneuver between rocks due to not so high ground clearance
    3. Driving up the podium ;)

    screenshot_01135.png screenshot_01136.png
As you can see, I had no mercy for the Legran, but it didn't ask for it. By the end of the race, the car was still going strong except for pulling to the left a bit, since the last rollover damaged the axles. If I wouldn't have rolled it, it would have been driving like new.

Great another crazy person to finish the race on KEYBOARD and Legran lol!!
One time i tried to fix me axle and i ended up launching my car in the air never doing that again hahaa.
Oh those rock get me all the time. im think on put more around the trails.
Man this podium glad that i fix in this update now should be easier... or not.
I can see on those picture that the car is not in a bad shape i mean is beat up but it runs and how fast you had to go to no go flying all over the trail?

I will try a run on the Legran and the other cars see how then handle.

In the beginning I went about 50-60 kmh, because any deviation from the trail would be guaranteed collision with a rock. In the black mountains, I drove at pedestrian speed to avoid all these rocks. Everywhere else, where there were no rocks, I drove around 70-100 kmh. On long straights I went flat out, the top speed I reached was 129 kmh (it was near the finish, so the car's condition was close to the pictures). You asking how I didn't go flying all over the trail? In fact I did, I even rolled it twice. Once I didn't notice a large hill and caught so much air I was sure the radiator won't make it - but it did.

Now I did it with a SBR 4 hillclimb using a wheel. Dropped wing as I was trying to turn around there, should of reversed there in first place as now it is much better to get up there :p
    upload_2018-8-30_16-19-59.png

One jump I took bit fast and windshield broke as well as few other bits on landing, but no rolling, slicks have surprisingly lot of grip.

Sadly, I was distracted by rock crawling arrows, there was a warning sign, but I did choose to drive up the hill, which went fine, however landing was not so big of success :p So there I had to recover vehicle once, but luckily it was only time.

Rocky section required some creative driving lines:

Some roads might have terrain painting needs, it is like if there would be dirt road under this decal road, but only partly and then desert sand partly, which makes huge potholes like effect:

I must say this road is like ones in the mother russia, except in mother russia road can eat a car or a truck, igor says this road just shakes a little, no problem :)

However it was bit hard to see with broken glass and all that little shaking :D

I have no idea about route I took, I just kept driving, trying to avoid turning at intersections, being lost like usual, finally I did end to that place, not sure if I did many loops or not, but it was a long time of driving.

While SBR4 is powerful, flooring throttle resulted rev limiter every time, no matter what speed I was doing, it starts bouncing like a pogo stick, so it is quite rarely when I could actually steer because all that bouncing, speedometer was pointing pretty much down or at most something like 8 a clock, but only on long straights.

There is only short sections of road where it is smooth, rest is quite rough it seems, well that is SBR4, not exactly meant for this kind of roads :p

That was just awesome to read and love the videos.
You gotta skill behind the wheel to ride that hillclimb car through those bumps i bet i wasn't a easy task i imagine for what i saw you did a very good job guess i can't pull that off.
Those bump you felt in the desert sand was kind of a experiment that i was doing to test a way of making potholes but i will fix in the next update

Thx, I don't know about the skill, just need to take slow with SBR4, half throttle was too much :D

I did remember that I had other car too (I did make this quite long time ago), with that I could not even notice there being potholes, but then again it did rock crawling route with high range and few battle scars :p
    upload_2018-8-31_4-49-10.png
Fun car also in there that it really does not matter that much if I drive on road or among vegetation, I made it for rock crawling, but seems to work fine with jumps too.

There is bad collisions on some of the rocks:
    upload_2018-8-31_4-50-30.png

Also noticed there was No Texture outside of terrain, those background mountains area, but you can't see that unless you get up to sky.
    upload_2018-8-31_4-57-26.png

Eskavia's issue looks similar to conflicting mods, some other map uses same material names, but different paths, but sometimes can happen with cache hiccups, then it is needed to clear this map from cache folder.

I found the finish line in 39 min, and 18 sec. I used the Gavril T75 sleeper with the automatic transmission and keyboard. Unfortunately (since I use the stopwatch on my phone) I hit the finish line and rolled. I also tried to stick to as near the original route as possible without resetting once. Also, can the person making the mod (on some eventual update) consider making an actual baja course to drive please?

Edit: I just realized I broke my last record with the Miramar and finished in under 40 min!

Er... does this count? First time running through the map. I tried to go really fast in a heavily modified Moonhawk. Bad things happened. Suspension ruined, front-right tyre destroyed, driveshaft gone. My newly-FWD car crawled its way through almost the entire course, but I ran out of gas a few minutes from the finish (that thirsty V8 + a ton of damage), and had to get a bit of help.

    Nice truck you gotta there.
The problem with the rock is that i made some rocks bigger than they were supposed to be, which cause the problem with the collision.

I always forget to fix that noTexture or maybe im too lazy because i know nobody will see hahah.

Not a bad time for a SEMITRUCK!
I could try to make a some baja section and see you guys like.
    --- Post updated ---
How can you go slow with that moonhawk it is meant to go fast through the toughest terrains.
If you guys want to make it even difficult try racing at night it makes everything more challenge.

It took 4 resets, (driveshaft, 2 for lights, and one out of accident), but I did it! I finished the course in the bus at night (I had to turn it to day for the picture, I finished with both headlights broken.) My time was 1 hour, 9 min, and 50 sec using a keyboard.

Someone give this guy a award!

Most crazy driver around or something like that, that is really well done with the kb and the bus :D

I decided to try how 70's V16 land yacht handles this desert, but even I did try to go really slow, I could not get far until front suspension did collapse, but definition of boaty suspension became quite clear to me, I end up sea sick:

Well, it took 48 min, 46 sec, but I think I just topped myself... The trailer is going to have to be written off (It wasn't a flatbed originally), as I also broke it so the legs were dragging, but I made it! Three half loads of Tasti Cola were just driven through a baja course with just a keyboard (I did have to go over a hill too avoid the rocks however. I did not reset or repair anything. As for the bus, I would have to say that's, disturbingly accurate... It was surreal going through the ghost city inn the middle of the night lit only by the headlights of the bus going faster than I probably should have leaping and jumping around.

Edit: The truck was the sleeper with nitro, automatic transmission, and cool paintjob

My first attempt i got a 40min 48sec in the RWD offroad Barstow without taking the rocky shortcut, had 4 soft roll overs, 1 hard one and had a knock in the engine from 10 mins in after the second roll, used 1/2 a tank of fuel and also reached 120mph at one stage

Wow, I didnt even reach 100mph and survive... Yet... Great driving! Just from personal experience, I found the 4WD version to be better suited to the baja (plus I play with keyboard), but to each his own.

26 min, 46 sec with two rollovers, one reset, and I drove over a mountain to bypass the rocks. I also hit 100 mph for a second!

I only used it for the extra challenge, but being as top heavy as it is makes sliding very hard, but doing 120mph is scary as i was doing it all in first person.
