Can someone fill me in on this "BUGGER DEVS" thing?

Let the person who unwillingly started all this tell you the story.
Yesterday some user posted a thread called "Wentward owned by Gavril" where he asked, in horribly broken English, whether Wentward is owned by Gavril, mentioning usernames of two devs as he demanded answers from them. I was displeased by his annoying behavior and posted a comment saying "First, there's no need to bugger devs with every question you come up with. Second, Wentward builds their buses on a Gavril chassis like most American coachbuilders do". Then, another member quoted my post, only to write "bugger devs". After that people began reposting the phrase in various fonts, text sizes and colors and creating funny pictures based on it. The meme was born. The phrase and meme pictures based on it spread through the forum. Infamous "Wentward owned by Gavril" thread exploded with spam. Several people replicated my avatar. The mayhem lasted all night. By the time of deletion, the original "Wentward owned by Gavril" thread was 20 (previously thought to be 17) pages long!
You can still see traces of this meme in people's signatures, information pages and avatars.

ive done some more work now its starting to look like a geo metro

 

lel, pretty sure its a 1998ish Suzuki Swift here, atleast it look like one

the Swift is compeletly different here in europe this is what the EU Swift looks like while the US made the Swift look way different and then rebadged as a Geo metro and once Geo was gone bankrupt Pontiac rebadged the Geo metro as the Pontiac Firefly so yea. OT:

 

no Pontiac already had a rebadge version Chevrolet took over the prizm metro and tracker after geo died

 

Oh yea. OT:

 

I may rebadge it as a hirochi ibishu or bruckell but the first version will be Gavril
