Most of stuff is from 2016: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BeamNG.drive There was for example that article on German magazine before bus was released to public that had lot of information that could be added, also there has been quite bit of new development since most of the things were added to Wikipedia. Also on this page there are some games listed with very little background information, maybe BeamNG could fit there too? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_games_with_Vulkan_support Based on this BeamNG would fit on the listing? https://www.beamng.com/threads/beamng-on-linux.53767/#post-833235 I think if Wikipedia page would be updated, it would better reflect current BeamNG and actually show BeamNG being in active development as now Wikipedia page is kinda forgotten piece of history. Also there is .Research project that uses BeamNG engine, afaik. What do you think?
If you go here https://www.khronos.org/vulkan/ , scroll down, then on the right side you can see the section called "Engines" & what is there? Yup, that's Torque3D aka the engine that BeamNG uses (even though the one from ingame is heavily modified). So we CAN hope for Vulkan thus BeamNG on Linux also
It does not show that pic for me, too tight security I guess Anyway I remember reading that instead of going for new version of T3D with PBR, Tdev mentioned doing their own instead at some older post. So I guess game could be listed in games planning to implement Vulcan in Wikipedia, which probably would be good for BeamNG, but then again I'm not sure if it needs to be some magazine article before such could be put on Wikipedia?
