nah, a modern rx9 would have a turbocharged 900cc 2-rotor, something like 220 horsepower, getting around 32mpg highway and 20 city (US) and only 2 rotors because balancing issues with only one. otherwise i'm sure they'd go with one 600cc rotor and a VGT, for an early spool along with good power up top where the rotary likes to be.

The picture that Dayz Me Rollin' provided is the My Summer Car GT grille The color behind the grill matches the Satsuma's color, the silver thing on the side is very similar to the racing radiator. When I posted about it being the Satsuma I got no response but I did get a like... THEREFORE I THINK THIS MAY BE THE FINNISH PERKELE-MOBILE 9000!
