best bit? All Wheel Drive AND All Wheel Steering(WIP) (inspired by the Nissan Skyline R34)

Issues: Understeer(lots of understeer), can be unstable at times even sometimes spinning out completely (why i added Esc and Traction control)

Well you can, it's called separate by loose parts.
Also that suspension is highly inaccurate to a Lexus, just a heads up lol

why is the suspension so soft? stiffen the rear swaybar to help understeer, and you could also stiffen the actual springs in the rear, or even the front too. it looks like it drives like an american car. big power, soft suspension.

as for stability, if it's because of power, don't be afraid to lower it. if it's because of suspension, stiffer springs and roll bars could possibly help. also, a slightly higher angle of wing is always a good idea for a high-performance model (it will be reaching higher speeds than other trims, therefore it will need more high-speed stability).

also, AWS tends to create massive instability at high speeds, that's why it was mainly used for slow-speed maneuverability (city driving) on longer/larger cars than what you'd commonly think of as a city car. lowering the rear steering angle will help a ton, but the best thing would be if you could have it automatically adjusted by speed. lower speeds = higher angle, higher speeds = lower angle, and it could even swap directions eventually, to steer the same direction as the fronts (think of the lane changes )

If the aws system is inspired by HICAS (Nissans aws system) then it should allow for tighter cornering up to 30kmh (i think it that speed) and indeed turn the rear wheels in the direction of the front wheels at higher speeds to create more stability so youre on the right track (pun intended).
