Glitchy lines everywhere?

I have a few screenshots of this. Basically, when I load up a map, there's like some black polygons or lines or something that have a stroke. I can't tell if it's shadows or what. But I've tried reinstalling, verifying game cache (Steam), verifying game cache (launcher), removing mods, changing the graphics, etc. Don't really know what's going on or how to fix it. It's just black lines/polygons just having seizures everywhere.

I have an AMD Phenom TX II CPU. I had Windows 7 before and I had an old AMD Radeon 5850 GPU, didn't have problems (but it wouldn't run well because the GPU was pretty old-ish). But I got Windows 10 with an AMD Radeon RX 560 with DirectX 12 support. My CPU is the same, but like I said, when I had Windows 7, I didn't have any issues. So I don't think it's my hardware that's causing this.

This is actually a issue that only AMD users have, accordingly.

Is there a fix per chance?

    Not as of yet.

Disabling grass will work as a fix for the time being.

It only happens on the very latest drivers.
