Wow, that runs great for that card. I used to have an r9 270 but the fans died, and the card is broken now. I have a gtx 1060 now. The demo runs at 60 fps for me xd
The card runs alot better than I thought for many games, though I do planning on upgrading to a 1050 ti.
What are your stats? I have a 1060 ti 6 gb and it works great for my: 8 GB DDR4 AMD Ryzen 1400@3.2 ghz
An i7-2600K will not bottleneck a GTX 1060, although it might have some performance issues on some games, but at most it should work fine.
Oh, that depends very much of the game, settings, etc. In BeamNG there are situations where overclocked 8086K is being bottlenecked when paired with 1050Ti. It really depends from many variables and I think such generalizations don't have place in anywhere. 1050Ti does fine on most games, 720p on high graphics, some games 1080p, some games 720p needs some details lowered, but it does fine. 1060 would do better, but then again price goes up and TBH 1050Ti allows one to run pretty much anything at 60fps. This is fun car (gtx1080 gets up to 86% usage on ultra graphics here which is pretty much, that is kinda heavy map): i7-6700 Non K CPU as I'm still waiting for mb from back which I had to rma, but to be honest, there is not much difference between 8086k and i7-6700 non k, sure when overclocked, but those extra threads don't do much really and at stock clocks single core speed is not that much more, 2600k is not that slow either, especially when overclocked. Improvements to CPU performance have been really lame, so despite there has been 6 generations of CPUs after 2600k it is still usable, especially when overclocked.
