Getting back into Cities Skylines with 650+ mods that actually all work well without problems. I placed things like the water tank so the demand for water, etc would not appear for the photo; I will fix up my airport another time.
Lately after clearing my C:S Workshop assets, I've started playing it again, though I'm not really building some cities to keep them. I did make one called Garland City that I intend to keep, but I'm not going to mess with it for a while. I'm still subscribing to Workshop assets, but now I'm trying to keep the number of them as low as I can. BTW, I'd totally recommend getting the CSL Music mod if you don't already have it, and a couple of music packs made for it. Really spices up gameplay, and lets you listen to songs you may like. It's easily become one of my favorite mods for Cities: Skylines.
Not really. The name came from when I made a district for a populated island. I forgot what the original second word in its name was, but I decided to change the second word in its name to "Island," making it "Garland Island." I liked the name Garland, so I called the entire city that.
I haven't touched Cities Skyline in a while. I'll see what I can do for tomorrow (I'm planning today to go back to FM7).
Lately I've created another city, this time my first Snowfall one that I called St. Elzia. Good job to you if you figure out where the name came from. I think the population is around 7000+ people. I've done forgot the exact number. And here's some more pictures. First ever sunrise. I want to believe. I couldn't resist building this haunted hotel. Rather than a hedge maze, it has the ice sculpture park in the back. I tell you, setting up the land for the pier was an absolute pain in the you know where. And the President flew over too. To be serious, I waited several cities to finally see this asset either fly over or land.
I think I'll go with "Moures" as the city name. Now time to find a map to make the city in.... --- Post updated --- I just added a airport for today. I'll do the town next in a few days.
There are savegames in the Workshop luckily, so you can play around with already-created cities and maybe modify it.
