20 meter yacht in the poll, dang that's big... Largest I have ever sailed was a 12 meter.

Are you gonna add a trailer for it? If so will it be a hitch, 5th wheel, or Gooseneck. If you arent would it be cool if someone made a trailer for it?

If you make a version of the JBeam that is more detailed (more beams and nodes) you could use meshBreak to justify a sinking of the vessel :)

Thought about creating a trailer very early. I will most likely go with a Gooseneck according to the survey.

But the trailer is not of high priority right now and I would be happy if someone would create a trailer for the yacht when she's finished.:)

Is that a jbeam feature I've never heard of or do you mean breakable beams?

Meshbreak, isn't that where parts of the model disappear? Because one mesh cannot turn into two by breaking the jbeam in two.

Unfortunateley there was not much time left the last few weeks (exams), but I managed to make the rudder last weekend.

Wasn't enough progress for me to update you on it, but now that you're asking:

Luckily I will have much more time to work on the yacht in august.

I'm sorry to say that I didn't take the time to work on the project, I know it sounds disappointing. I kept procrastinating the project until the very end of august due to lack of motivation.

I realised quickly that it's too early for a project like this in BeamNG but kept working on it until intrinsic motivation left me. I initially started the thread in hope that the community's appreciation will act as fuel in terms of motivation, which as you see didn't really help.

Now, as it is too late to get back into the project in short terms, I will continue to work on the project when I get the hang of school and be able to sacrifice my free time wisely.
