    after 30 seconds of downloading the updates the game says disc write error and it’s taming half an hour to download a 343 megabyte update.

    Your internet is the problem there, Try cancelling and restarting the update.

    If it is not that it will be your hard drive/SSD

    I don't think it's an issue with his connection, rather something from the Steam side (disk write error is a Steam error).
    Usually happens if for some reason Steam is not able to access a file.

    Check if your antivirus is blocking/messing with Steam, or the game itself first. That may be locking the file and causing that.
    Else try to:
    • Restart Steam
    • Reboot your PC
    • Uninstall and install the game
    Although if those don't solve the issue, you should contact the Steam Support about that: https://help.steampowered.com/
