    Hello there!

I have decided to start working on a car mod for this game called the Civetta Magari (for the time beeing).
There will be a poll for other names for this car, but i gladly appreciate every name suggestion.
I don't know if this car will ever be in the game because I have no knowledge in these things whatsoever (This is my first time making a car - yes, it is made from scratch)

    To the car itself:

This car came out in the 70s to the 80s. It was a modern sportscar with a classic look.
It is based on the Maserati Khamsin.

    My current progress:

It is not really finished. It is just the base mesh for the roof, the hood, the doors and the front bumper.

    What I plan on adding:

First I want to finish off the basic mesh of my car.
    I want to add:
    - Popped up headlights (they stay open the whole time)
    - Rear bumper
    - Exhausts
    - Windows
    - Wheels
    - Lights

The I want to add stuff like:
    - Chassis
    - Suspension
    - Interior
    - Engine
    - Details

Constructive criticism is greatly appreciated and I'd love to hear some feedback :)

Names are all a bit off, "Trasecolare" in particular...

The shape is good-ish, but it has problems. One, you should select the whole mesh in Object Mode & then in the left menu panel press Smooth. Other thing is that I see a lot of inverted faces, which basically means problems with reflections on the mesh. To remedy that, select your mesh, go into Edit Mode, press A till it's all selected & then press Ctrl + N. One more thing that I would suggest is to use some bevel on it, to not make the edges so sharp, but I think you should do that at some later stage. Other than that, I can't really notice any more problems

    Just a heads up:

    - "Magari" doesn't mean "Let's go". Can't really be translated directly, but it's more like the english "You wish!".
    - "Velocità" is correct but A) very bland and too generic B) unlikely to be used for a sportscar, as any reference to speed were banned from promotional material at the time, at least in Italy. "Veloce" ("Fast") would work better in this sense.
    - "Mozzafiato" works, and possibly your best option (literally means "breathtaking").
    - "Rocambolesco" comes from this and it's more like a synonim to "adventurous", with a slightly negative connotation ("rocambolesque" is usually something a little too hard to be taken seriously).
    - "Trasecolare" means "to be dumbfounded". Infinitive form of a verb doesn't quite work as a name. Also, not sure you want to be left dumbfounded by the car you're driving...

Thanks for putting int the effort to research all the words; I think, since the poll shows that "Velocità" is the most popular version, I will name the car Civetta Veloce, because it would fit better for the time (in the released version)

He didn’t do research. He’s Italian. But I think you should change the poll with the correct terms.

And why would a Civetta have a georgian name? One that in its native language would sound stupid at best, no less?
