From memory a while back the devs said they would only do Road Vehicles so I think (but don't know) it would make a great mod but you never know what the devs will do they are a pretty sneaky smart bunch unlike other companies like the rocket league team they tell you all there content and when it gets released but not the beam devs they're to smart for that thats why the community is always about speculation and wonder and why this game keeps evolving into something better it is because the community shapes the game and where beam and node technologies are evolving and going

However, the devs did announce that the Autobello would get some sort of special unique feature at its release. Is it possible that this is it?

I was expecting this to have something to do with torsion bars

Eden Roc was appointed to resemble the luxurious Riva yatches somewhat, but was a road vehicle. To be more precise, it was what Italians call a "Spiaggina", a recreational vehicle meant for transportation in sea resorts.

Wasn't Jolly also for that purposes?
    upload_2018-12-4_12-19-46.png

    Multipla Marinella probably too?

I honestly thought it would of been amphibious vehicle, but sadly none of those might be of such?

This I posted to other thread, but this too is Fiat 600 origins vehicle:
    upload_2018-12-4_12-20-38.png

Modders have so much possibilities with all those variations that 600 had, lots of inspiration sources.

50's and 60's was such a great time for designers, regulation were still lather liberal while new materials and constructions methods as well as financial resources allowed to go bit crazy, many manufacturers had also small series of vehicles like above.

Visual design of that era does please my eye a lot.

Yes, Jolly and Marinella are both Spiaggine. Coachbuilt, built on commission, so each coachbuilder offered a personal interpretation of the same theme. The smaller 500 was offered in similar configurations, too.

It was rather common for coachbuilders to cover the same bodystyle concept with apparently overlapping proposals.

At the time, for example, the Lancia Flaminia was offered in 2 more different coupè versions by coachbuilders (Carrozzeria Touring and Zagato), despite Pininfarina offering the "official" coupè already:

Wouldn't that be the air-cooled engine? I think it's the biggest thing that separates the Piccolina from the rest of the cars currently in BeamNG.

It’s an exciting new feature of the car itself (which I hope we see more of) but I don’t think that required any new physics work. We know they have been working on the physics of torsions bars lately.

Liquid cooling, yes and every single car currently in this game because they all have a radiator.

'coming soon', atleast that is what the career option says in game. Honestly I wouldn`t have a clue and I doubt anybody has, unless an awesome member of the BeamNG team decides to lift the curtain for a second. We`d probaly be best of if we don`t worry about it and just wait for a official statement regarding the matter... But speculation is to great to be left alone, I personally would guess Q1 2019 seen as the career button has been there a while now and they have the campaigns which wouldn`t make a basic career option too much of a stretch (just a lot more work).

As of a couple weeks ago they were still rejecting internal prototypes, so I wouldn’t say anytime soon. They also want to rework the Campaign/Scenario system and achievements.

OT: So, the Piccolina... Looks like a nice car. Pun intended.

I'm pretty sure that it was a joke about Autobello being a direct Italian translation of "Nice Car"
