I think there should be a crash simulator of a sort. The game has the physics and the gameplay but what I want is to create accidents!
Im talking about full control of a map. I want the ability to add objects, cars, buildings, foliage etc. Not only do I want to see these things but also the ability to set vehicle paths and speeds. Imagine being able to send two cars over a jump and smack them into eachother in mid air whilst being able to view it from every angle and in slow motion! If you can somehow bring that kind of enjoyment to my computer... I would most definately be a future patron.

Everything you've mentioned is already possible, with the exception of slow-motion replays. You can view the game in slow motion (left alt + arrows), but only as it happens.

Maybe im just not savy with the game but what I want to be able to do is set AI paths and be able to view collisons with a free roam camera. If this is already possible could you tell me how to do it?

There is a mod which sets way points for AI drivers. If you time it right you could have the cars hit each other.
