lost mod problem (sorta urgent)

i have this mod downloaded and i need to find the thread but the download in the mod section ingame has NO details at all! the file is called: repairedvmv2
if anyone knows what that mod it or the thread to the mod Please send me a link! it would be very helpful!
some configs is has is stuff like 1998 pessima or stuff like that! thread name may have something to do with pessima is its name but i don't know. pls help.
