install it from the download button of this thread, not from a third party website. Be sure to delete your old mod file before you insert the new one. Very old versions had a different zip name and will not get overwritten. --- Post updated --- this sounds like another mod is causing trouble. look for "vw_bug.zip" in your modfolder and delete it! only keep the "bug.zip" file. If youre tires are still not loading, deactivate all other mods and see what causes it.
