it should have front plates but im not drilling into that bumper lol my mazda got a new bumper 2 years ago (in NY) and I never drilled the bracket in either, so I always get a little nervous around cops but here in TX they dont give a shit so whateveer lol
Everyone says that but they are not from the mod. I found these in the game files before 0.14.0.1 released. They were called Samperf Trophy Offroad wheels with GripAll Screamers tires.
I know this is super simple but how about a few configs for the T75/T85 that come attached with a trailer?
It would be cool to have more European cars (SEAT, Mercedes, Opel, Bentley...) And other countries (Monaco, Spain, Germany, the UK...)
Technically, we already have 1 official map of that (ETK Driving Experience Center). But I do agree we need more European maps.
You know, there is one more thing I'd like to see in 2019: Bob. It's driving me crazy. We deliver to an invisible building and a non-existent person. Unless Anna's suffering from heatstroke, Bob is not making much sense.
I don't think we need a character model, but it would add to immersion to be able to get out of the car. If they made it similar to MSC then I don't think it would change ratings or anything because there is no player model, only a ground attached camera. --- Post updated --- One other thing. I think that Bobert would be a better name just to be slightly different but still generic.
When I say non-existent, I mean that Bob is not currently in the comic-book cutscenes. In the Rocky Start Campaign, we see Anna, we see Ricky, we see the roamer driver (who I've named Rocky in my own headcanon), but Bob remains elusive and mysterious. We don't see that strange building outside of the cutscene, we don't know what exactly is in that crate, we don't know what he looks or acts like - heck, the only detail we know about him is that he drives some sort of truck that "busted up in the canyon".
Bob is actually a member of an advanced civilization, so advanced that his truck and building are invisible to mere mortals such as our character. These aliens call the light runner map their home, Drive Civetta Fulmines, and all have access to dyno’s and D-Series tow trucks.
Play the "Rocky Start" Campaign and try to find Bob. That might make this thread a little more coherent.
End to curse of modern sliders. Who in their right mind has decided that blob/circle would be great idea in a slider, that is so vague, inaccurate, vain, poor design and yet every slider has recently turned to such horror. Just compare above vs bottom, old days bottom was a thing and it is so much better, but now everything attempts to mimic some mobile phone interface that is utter vagueness: We are still using mouse to operate computer, not using finger to tiny touch screen of phone, so certainly I do hope UI elements of 2019 will move towards more usability instead of unpractical fashionably styled elements.
This is quite the thread. I would just like more nifty ambient sound effects to add to any future maps I make. I'm one for the simple pleasures.
another truck in the game im not a guy who like cars but i do like some and most used truck i use is the d350 crew cab and i wold love to see a more modern one or older
Quite weird, But personally I think BeamNG.Drive could use something like a GTA Style system to be on foot (for example to photograph cars) and to add some sort of roleplay function where you can buy parts and physically add them to your vehicles, Something like "My Summer Car" has done. + I Hope someone makes the Passat CC 2009 a thing.
I don’t think walking would add anything, plus maps would have to be redesigned. However, I would love to see opening doors/trunks/hoods etc... Would be great to get a better look at the car without ripping it apart with the nodegrabber or making half of it invisible in the parts menu.
