Carbon fiber texture broken when lighting is set to lowest

    Yes i did check with no mods and resetting cache. Even without, the carbon fiber texture was A-OK in any level of "lighting" but when i had it on "lowest" it would appear golden for some reason and i doubt that this was an easter egg of a super premium carbon fiber type that made your car go faster.

    Some textures features, which as detail-textures, are not available at such low settings.

    this is the wrong answer to the issue, its not an issue with detail or texture size. its a bug, its being worked on, set lighting to low for now

    Optimizations changed a lot of stuff on the rendering side.
    We checked most cases, but particular ones like this or animated textures have slipped out.


    Uhm, I'm pretty sure I know what I'm talking about :)

    I remember this happening to the Toyota Camry when that was released. When setting it to, I believe even simply low, the chrome details would appear a different color, probably No Texture.

    I bet it's the same thing that happened with the Carbon Fiber, like Nadeox1 said.

    Argh, I messed up the topics while replying to over 20 threads at the same time. My bad, bear with me.
    If it was working before, and now it doesn't, it's a bug and we need to check it.
