sorry, not possible as of now. it requires much more computer to run this game good than what a Mac can handle.
it isn't simple but using crossover you can get the demos working on mac as I have done tho it ain't as fun as 0.15
I mean... Macs are more than capable of running Beam, it's just the OS that is currently incompatible. If you want a sure fire way of running Beam on your Mac, instal Windows. It's just the easiest way to do it. This is how I run Beam on my 7 year old Mac and I have never had an issue.
Most macs are not that powerful, therefore Beamng would not run as well on them. You could set up a virtual machine, or make another boot drive to play.
When I Had Bootcamp my 2016 MacBook pro with touch bar could run jungle rock island on medium graphics with shadows but no dynamic reflections it ran about 40 FPS and the demos run on high graphics at 50 FPS
