I found out that blueprints for the 87-91 bronco basically don't exist (I found a side and front but too low quality) and very few exist for 92-96
By the way, that Tahoe/Suburban D15 is looking really good. I hope to see a release for it sometime soon. Also a two door tahoe style version of your mod would definitely be cool, it would be very different than my mod, and I think it would make a great additon to BeamNG. I'm looking forward to it. Oh, and constructive criticism is always a good thing, and appreciated. I am not offended or "triggered" by your suggestions. OT: My Bandito mod update has been approved, in case anyone missed it.
Real modelers know how to use whatever references they can get, not just blueprints; This is a late 30s Ford Pickup. I modeled this back in like November. The only blueprint I had was of a reproduction Ford frame, which was more of a drawing than a blueprint. I found measurements of the frame, modeled that, then modeled the body off of a side photo positioned over and scaled to the frame I modeled. And the result turned out to be reasonably close, alebit not perfect. Frame also has some laughable sore spots, primarily the center structure and missing cross-members. Will this become a BeamNG mod? Maybe, we'll see if I ever finish it. But for now I have more important projects.
You could also find a free model, download that and use it as your blueprints. When done delete the downloaded model. I did that for this car pictured blew, which is a ZAZ 1102 which has almost no useful blueprints either, this was really useful for some of the curves of this car. The bendy door is from the jelly jbeam. I think that this looks good. EDIT: DO NOT SIMPLY TRACE THE MODEL.
Gotta love life when you screw something up with the sky and lighting, can't find out why, so you reload a backup that you had before you started working. w000, fun...
Bare in mind Tracing another model is a nono in the modeling world and is basically still theft, sure you can use it as another reference but if you import the model and copy it you might as well just be using the downloaded model.
Work in progress, all new assets are done finally! Also optimized map very well. I got around 100 FPS on my 1060 in estate area.
The all-mighty B1, this time with proper locking differentials! Can now climb over even more obstacles, with even more ease!
Awesome. I can't wait for this mod. Kinda hoping there is a config that looks like that (No bed, just the cab and suspension for the 6x6.)
Wow, was this annoying to make. Look at the in-forest sections of Powys, Wales in DiRT4, you can see what I was going for. Does this look good to anyone else?
