Feel free to explain why you chose a car/or ranking! I did a ranking because I like all of the sounds but some more than others

 

I love the sound of the SBR4

 

SBR4, definitely. I love to hear the slow rumble while going slow, and then wham the acceleration hits you.

 

ETK sound. absolutely

 

definitely my custom 200BX with an I6D engine that revs to 30K rpm.

 

Ultra high revving I4's (11k rpm sorta thing)

 

Bolide.
IMO, the V6 sounds in-game are the dullest.

 

It sounds like a cat purring on idle, but when you hit the gas, it becomes like a lion.

 

Autobello Piccolina is my favourite

 

Definitely miramar and pigeon

 

The SFX mod for the 3.0 V6 sounds great for the Pessima, very aggressive and raspy, I personally adore V6 engine noise IRL (89-94 Taurus SHO V6, anyone?)

 

The ETK I6, even if it sounds not even remotely realistic.
The 4 bangers even sound good in the game. They take second in my book.

 

The SBR4 is definitely a contender, but for me it’s the 6 cylinder sound. Half the time when I load up a map, I don’t drive my default (an I6 Roamer), I just rev the engine.

 

The older v8s from the burnside, moonhawk, boiled, etc. The 4 cylinders sound like the exhaust system is rusted out and the muffler is gone.

 

The sbr4 has the nicest sounding engine but the drag cars are pretty nice as well.
