My mod mysteriously stopped loading correctly.

I own a copy of Automation on Steam and I like to export my cars to BeamNG, so I made a mod that resides in the common folder so that I can switch my Automation car's transmissions out with a CVT and I also added in an extra ESC with an engine power multiplier.
Earlier today the mod was working fine then this evening, when I came back home, it seems that the part of my mod that contains the transmission refuses to load. The mod consists of a single jbeam file and the ESC portion from the beginning of the jbeam is loading but the transmission part does not seem to load at all even with cars which I have saved with the CVT installed.
I have even gone so far as to remove the rest of the mods in the mod folder except for one Automation export and my own mod, still, it refuses to load and the log screen has no errors listed for my mod.
What happened and what can I try?

 

I got it working again after splitting the jbeam file into 2 parts, but I still don't understand why it quit working in the first place.
