Problems with Textures and levels

I thought updating the game might help, but it didn't.

1. I have 24 GB of ram so this should not be an issue as it worked before, the map "American roads" is a totally awesome map, as of a couple of days ago, it keeps crashing my game, and saying run out of resources!!??

2. The Map "East coast USA" has horrible ripping and tearing in the textures as soon as the car starts moving, totally un-usable, no other map has this problem, I have re-installed the game 2x as well as re-downloaded a new copy of the maps, with safe mode as well and it's not fixing the problem. I even re-installed the video drivers for my 8 GB Video card! So the game should NOT be doing this please help.

 

Definitely a weird issue you have there... Have you maybe tried clearing the cache? Also, do you have any other programs open in the background when you're on American Road? It's a big map, so it also may take more memory

 

Yes I have done all that and I still have the problem. The funny thing is, that roane county map is huge and it works great.

 

There is way more details in American Roads than in Roane County ;3

And it made me the same a few days ago, but still working after 2/3 times

 

What do you mean "Made you the same way"??? I loved the american roads map!
