Italy map keeps crashing while trying to load in

as you read in the title, Italy tries to load, then it tells me to sent a crash report, and it closes out, ive removed the recent caches and it still isnt helping, how can i fix this? Thanks.

 

Try Italy Lite. It's a mod that increases Italy's FPS.

I've see this bug also, and I have a powerful PC. I saw it when I loaded Italy once, then tried to reload it with another starting point. It crashed on the 2nd load.
