Its a good question. I have never done anything with universal wheels before, so I don't really know how they work. I should probably look into it for the R20. I know the wheels that I have made do not come close to matching the style of what is already available. With that said, I can't guarantee that the car will drive well on any of the wheel or tyre compounds from the universal wheels system. The R20 currently uses the following on the road going versions: Front: 19x8 rims 195/40R19 Rear: 19x9.5 rims 245/30R19 So while the front tyres are a weird size, the rears are totally standard. And all is subject to change
Hello there, any idea to avoid that ? :3 I tried differents collision settings, but I'm not even sure that it's refreshed each time I change it.. This is for "visible mesh final" with a small impact from the side, ~30 km/h :
Making it have a thicker collision box should help with that issue, since I don't think many car will be ending at the other side of that fence. Another hacky option I could see working is making the prop itself have no collision, and put something transparent and solid there.
its mid engine edit: ninja'd --- Post updated --- come on, you can do proper white thumb nails, ive seen your mods
Actually I've tried later with the other model of the same object, so if it can be useful for someone, don't use the "italy_wall_concrete_airport_10m_a30" if you want collisions, but the "italy_wall_concrete_airport_10m" instead. It works normally now, sorry for the inconvenience!
The suspension is done, or at least until something else interferes. Of course minus a few details. I went back and forth on a Dodge 2500 / Ford Superduty OEM style suspension but then realized that it would be dumb to limit the travel like that. Alas, maybe one day we will see a modern heavy-duty pickup in Beam.
The racetrack is now even longer than the already longer version :3 In green, first edit of the track, in red, last one : Prepare your drift tires :3 ..and I've made a port cause it was a mess to drive a truck from the city to the racetrack ^w^
