Ever since the 0.15 update, it just gives me a loading circle forever if I download from the repo mods overview screen. Nothing happens when I click to view the mod's description and I click "subscribe". Happens in both Steam online and offline mode, downloading from the repo in an internet browser like Firefox and Chrome work fine.

Could this be related to my game's storage location? I have it set up to install to my second hard drive (not enough storage on my main one). Any more info needed, let me know. Thanks in advance!

In the main menu, does it says 'Online' in the top-right corner?

Give a Support ID, so I can see what your log says:

I have a mod that have invalid data.

Could you try to run the game with this file.
    E:/BeamNG/lua/ge/extensions/core/modmanager.lua
    or E:/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/BeamNG.drive/lua/ge/extensions/core/modmanager.lua

(either one, just remember that if you choose first one you will need to remove it manually one the hotfix comes, the second one should get overwritten by steam when it check for update)

It will display an error message indicating which mods cause the problem.

Sorry for the late reply, I don't check this forum often and I never got the notification you replied to the thread.

Anyways, I've replaced modmanager.lua with the one you attached, but I don't see an error popup on startup, nor do I see an error when I try to download a mod from the repo. Is there something I need to do make the game display the error?

Just noticed that updating mods from in-game works fine. So def not a connection issue.

Thank you, this worked! If I may ask, what was the issue? So I know how to avoid it in the future. Thanks again!

there was two issue that was just chained into one.

One of the mod you have activated have an invalid manifest.
This case was not properly handled by the modmanager (actually it's the debug message to help me debug that didn't work and caused the error)

So you can have a look at your logs and you should see which mod is incorrect
Search for this line "One of the mods have an invalid data !"

Seems it was a duplicated Frozen Lake map that was causing the issue. Thanks again!
