Hey Map Makers

I would love to make my own map but I'm quite intimidated by the process on how to do so. Is there any tips or suggestions you guys could give me or should I just shut up and enjoy what maps are available? I'm thinking of maybe a nice mountain backroad or off-road map to create.

P.S.- I'd like to say thank you to all the modders out there who release all these great maps and vehicles! I know it isn't an easy task, I would love to contribute to the community!

 

This is the video I watched to get into map making. Might be finicky at first, but it gets kinda self explanatory afterwards. Much easier to make than a vehicle, especially for someone like me.
