Black Spiking, once again

Hi,
I have posted about this once before, but I didn't wanna revive (more bump in this case) an old thread.
Well, it's happening again: black spiking.
I started playing again recently and it's all running fine on italy, great FPS and no spiking. But, as soon as I switch to another map (I have tried multiple), I start to get the black spiking again. I have attached a file where you can see it.
I hope I can get some good answers. I am currently running the 19.2.1 driver and all other games are running just fine. If any other specs needed, tell me.

 

Can you list the mods you are using? This has happened to me before, and it went away after I removed a virus. How that fixed it I still don't know. But If Clearing your cache and verifying integrity doesn't work, reinstall the game and back up your mods/controls files if you want.

 

@Jsap20 no mods at all - and I have already tested viruses: nothing.

 

I don't know what it might be then... Does it happen when you crash the vehicle? If not, just reinstall or clear the cache

 

It's a known issue with AMD graphics cards. Check to make sure you're on the correct driver version and reinstall drivers.

 

I used DDU to uninstall all drivers and installed the 19.1.1 driver. Absolutely nothing.

 

Its the same for me.
AMD still hasnt fixed or acknowledged the issue, I posted about it on their forums but no one replied.
Until it gets enough attention to be fixed best you can do is turn grass off on other maps besides Italy. Italy for some reason runs fine without needing to turn off grass or anything, not sure why that is, but this is the temporary workaround for now.

 

Thanks for that, seems to work just fine. I don't really need grass anyways lol
