    i have just got my new alenware laptop and i want to run beaming drive i start up the game without any issues but when i go to select a map it loads me in but stops when i am dropped in to the map exits and shows me this error

    I think by Clicking on "Contact support" will get you through to the support ID IIRC

    Your game installation is really broken.
    You have many missing files, and you have modified files in the wrong place.

    Please do a Clean Reinstall of the game:

    (If you bought the game from Humble Bundle and are using the DRM-Free version, just delete and download the game again, and do step #2 in the above link)

    And reminder that mods never go in the game's directory, but in the dedicated mods folder:

    i have reinstalled beamNG drive and i am no longer getting the error anymore because not i can not launch the game in any way and when i launch it in bin 32 it then pops up with the error report box

    Why you cannot launch the game 'in any way'?
    What's happening exactly? The more details the better.

    Not sure why you are trying to run the 32-bit version of the game. What happens if you try to run the game from the Bin64 folder? (64-bit, what most PC nowadays should be using)

    i have tried 64 bit obviously but as a last resort i started the 32 bit version of the game and when i say nothing happens on start up. I click on the icon of the game like i do to run my games the loading circle on my mouse aspires for a couple of seconds then stops and nothing else happens

    For now, please launch the game using the launcher, as this will not skip any possible important part such as setting up your userfolder.
    (BeamNG.drive.exe in the upper folder, which is what Steam also launches)

    Anyhow, if nothing happens now, it's possible you got some program messing/blocking the game by mistake.

    i have nothing blocking my game i even have windows firewall disabled and it will will not launch not even the launcher shows up !

    I know you already gave a Support ID, I want to compare the old and new ones.
    The new ones may also contain more information. So please follow these instructions carefully:

    1. Remove any old versions of the game you have, and clear the Documents/BeamNG.drive folder.
    2. Install again the latest version from Steam / Humble Bundle (depending where you bought the game from)
    3. Then give a new Support ID
