    what if when you drove threw a forest in beam and you car got dirt on it driving threw mud/dirt and scuffs and scratches when you hit stuff and how about tires. rust dust and all things of that nature, could be cosmetic ware. and maybe a decal editor for cars

    many people have discussed this topic already, and the conclusion is that there's no easy way to do it that would work properly.

    it would be possible to implement, but AFAIK, the amount of effort required for them to make it work accurately and reliably would be too high compared to the benefit.
    however, I don't know what the devs are planning, they may be trying to implement it for all we know.
