As this is a simulation game, why we don't upgrade the transmission effect too? Like the old transmission noises. As old vehicles such 1969 Subaru 360's 3rd gear has noise in it, and other 2000's vehicles. And buzzing Reverse gear sounds for realism. It would be nice to have.

This is the example ;) , ignore the crash :)

Sorry for bad English, I'm Indonesian.

That buzzing in reverse isn't the transmission, that's power steering.
EDIT: It's the running gears as explained below.

I'm pretty sure it's the straight cut reverse gear making that noise.

Nope, If power steering would make noise, it would make noise no matter what gear you'd be in, also in most cases you can barely hear the power steering working, and that's only if you're turning the wheel a lot when the car isn't rolling.
The noise in the video is the sound of one hell of a worn out transmission + straight cut gears in reverse.

For better idea of what straight cut gears sound like I always send people off to old tractor videos, since in most older tractors you had a non syncromesh straight cut gearbox. At 30km/h you could barely hear the straight piped 4L diesel right in front of you over the trans noise (would say you couldn't hear your thoughts but you couldn't hear those over the engine noise itself).

I drove the same type of tractor during summer, and yes, trans is that loud.

As far as game goes, it already has a proof of concept straight cut gear noise simulation in game, but the sound itself is very much a placeholder and its really bad.

So, is this possible to implement? Or it's already in the game but not used?

in the game and unused, the sound is very unrealistic but supposedly being worked on.

It appears that a lot of work is being done behind the scenes for the implementation of straight-cut gears.

That seems like it's based on FMOD, rather than whatever the old system was. Maybe we will get transmission sounds soon. The devs have been doing a lot of sound work recently.

No, it's the sound the SBR4 makes when it shifts up or down in the automatic transmission, particularly the clunk it makes.
