Cancelled Covet race skin (2011 Ford Fiesta WRC inspired)

Then new Covet race skin for you which is inspired by the 2011 Ford Fiesta WRC car!

It looks pretty nice. Just remember to mirror the text on the right side of the car

Looks great so far mate!

Suggestions: (I understand it is still a WIP) (all personal opinion)

• Add more logos and sponsors, it still looks a little bare
• Make sure the skin flows across the rest of the body (bumpers, bonnet etc...)
• Fix the text so it is not flipped on the right hand side.

If you wanna bring it to the next level: (much more difficult)

• Make skin completely colour changable by creating a colour palette map rather than an overlay map. This means re-creating the skin in only red green and blue (excluding logos)
• For logos, add them in a new layer and map them as a third diffuse map. Change some values to make it less reflective so the they look like stickers rather than paint. (PM me if you want to do this, so I can tell you which value to change)

mostly no texture when something is wrong with the materials.cs or the jbeam if u wrote something wrong i had the problem it shows the skin but crazy xD i just forgot to name the materials.cs car nmames to the car that i want to do a skin for

 

It is because of me doing something in Paint.net with the colours. It did not make it normal it made the color transparent on the side so thats what I'm fixing.

thats nice! i maybe would finish a high quality skin with real logos and all maybe in 3-5 Hours

 

Yeah, I'm slow....
But I cant find any logos for BeamNG like Grip All and with real logos you can find them easily.

 

*high quality* is debatable.

Your skins aren't even colour changable, nothing lines up properly etc.....
