The Virgin Euro Shitbox four cylinders short of an engine - it's so ashamed it tries to hide it in the back, but we all know output measured in mousepower terminally oversteers because it just wants to die probably designed by the Italian fascists in the 30's as a scam to build military vehicles only available in manual because it is desperate for human interaction suspension is tense with crippling social anxiety still brags online about being "genetically superior" or some shit vs. The Chad American Muscle Car likes to show off its big, throbbing V8 engine knows that at the end of the day it's about torque, not horsepower handles fine, get over it, and just don't corner at a million miles per hour designed by the same people who kicked the Euros' asses in two world wars available with an automatic because it has strong self-esteem and doesn't need constant affirmation relaxed suspension, not afraid of speed bumps or potholes values freedom and democracy
calling someone whitetrash….over a joke using a format popularized by 4chan, ALL OF THIS OVER A CAR GAME smh the state of the forums
This sounds something we could have fun with. So boys, here is a challenge, pick any car you like, but it has to be default vanilla config, only change allowed is set fuel amount to 1 liter, East coast USA Highway spawn, post screenshot of how far you got with 1 liter of fuel and no cheating, let's keep it fair and fun challenge for everyone to enjoy! I got 6.8km with a Burnside 3spd manual, that would be like 14.7 liters for 100km if I got it right? Anyway I would love to see what kind of hypermiling you can do with your favorite car, so post them screenshots
Obvious shitpost is obvious. If you disagree, you are welcome and encouraged to make your own. Besides, I was just a bit salty that people were whining "nOT ENOUGH EUROPEAN CARS TOO MANY AMERICAN CARS" when there are exactly five of each, excluding trucks. Also, about 90% of 4chan users are awful, don't lump me in with them. Here, have an SBR4: Really this is the best car in the game and I'm looking forward to the electric one.
Its fine Honestly, I will admit, from 1980 to arguably today, European cars have been miles ahead of domestics. But, it seems like people want more Piccolina-era European imports, and not only that, they want them in the place of American cars from that era (such as the Bluebuck and Wendover). Personally, I just want to see variety and balance. Plus, come to think of it, it's not like Europe never made any muscle cars, they were just much more expensive: If I may speak frankly, my main issues with European sports cars (at least as depicted in BeamNG) are their use of forced induction and lack of low-end torque (although in the latter department, the Pessima GTz is the worst offender - it feels like a snail until you get to ~4000 RPM.)
That is kinda funny as usually turbo is what adds torque while NA engines have only top end power. IRL modern turbo cars are really impressive at low end torque, while older needed 2000rpm or so to get meaningful boost. Drivability of modern turbo engines is also hugely better, modern ones being close to NA engines while older ones were kinda pain at times. 17.1km Pessima HX with 1 liter of fuel, 5.85 liters 100km, I'm thinking my technique is not the best as that should easily go with 5l/100km, maybe even less. IRL I have got 3.6l/100km with small euro diesel wagon over 200km distances by hypermiling techniques. I think 10 liters of fuel is what I really need in this game, because usually my cars get torn apart withing that amount of fuel
8.3km In the Piccolina 130. 12.05L per 100km if I calculated it correctly?? Averaging roughly 70 km/h, Mainly in 4th Gear, but downshifting to 3rd for some power in the uphills
