You do realize that a DEVELOPER OF THE GAME YOU ARE PLAYING is trying to help you so you don't come back to us with the same issue in a few months right? There's no reason to be rude to him, he's trying to resolve the issue and by the sounds of it, you are being stubborn.
Edit: I know it says that he's not a dev, but a Supporter, but still, he's a staff member.
