This is the first time i had to go from 3840x2160 to 1920x1080 to get some decent frame rate. I think that the rev limit is a bit to high for a diesel engine, should be around 3500-4000rpm, and the low range gearing is also a bit high and it would be nice to have some loads in the configurator. Other than that it is a great truck.
I did notice that the differential lockers don't seem to work for some reason, as sometimes any number of the wheels could be still, with others ones spinning freely even with all diffs locked, and no broken axles on any of them.
I have not had that problem, if other people also experiencing this I will look into it. --- Post updated --- Thank you so much, so glad you liked all the details I put in to the mod --- Post updated --- I did not joke when putting in the warning on the mod page, and put it under the *experimental* tab
i have a fps fix !!!! just remove upfit , engine cover and enjoy! 115fps on gridmap before truck , 17fps with the truck , 43-32fps afther part removal high priority also helps
a have a Xeon equivalent to a second gen core ix series with 6 cores, 12 threads and oced to 4 Ghz. is it normal to be getting 15FPS on East Coast? P.S. I have a GTX 960 4 gig. Could I just need to turn down my graphics settings?
It does require the truck to be stuck in some pretty bad spot for the bug to happen, so it's luckily not a common problem outside of pushing this monster to the limit while offroading.
I did not joke when puttin in the warning on the mod page Aha, I see, if it gets to be a big problem, I will look into fixing it. But I used to have some instability in the axles and diffs, so I had to lower it a bit.
The dashboard gauges don’t light up when using the lights. Is there a special key or command for the gauge lights to work
this may be the first vehicle ive ever seen where a massive crash doubles the framerate, i was getting 18fps before, did a jump and lost the cab and it went up to 45, it's so weird. also it seems to not matter what my graphics settings are, going from 1080p high everything to 1080p low didnt improve the fps at all. this may be one of the only vehicles where id be willing to sacrifice detail in the cab for higher framerate, it's not your fault and it's an amazing mod but it's borderline unplayable on a pc that normally gets 70fps+ --- Post updated --- double post but adding on from that, the cab is the only thing that brings it down from 65 to 18 which is better i guess since i can just remove it, but just another sign i need a new gpu
How would you turn that on, I've never seen a “high priority” option in the settings menu. @DIESEL PESMA
