    I don't think anybody is going to make hospitals where there aren't no roads nearby, let alone in the center of a forest. I'm also sure nobody would do that just to make use of a set of off-road ambulances.

    Yeah... patient will probably be further injured by the off-roading to the hospital. This whole idea is a trainwreck.
