I have a pretty awful PC, I have no clue of the specifications, but there has been a considerable performance improvement. From 10 FPS to a whopping 30 , with highest settings and simplified physics OFF. Loving the mod so far, as with all of your work!
Love the update, but the instrument gauges don’t light up when the lights are turned on. Any idea why?
You could turn down the settings to medium as there isn't really a whole lot different visually (almost nothing) but it makes the game run somewhat better
Awesome man, I am gonna download it and test it out to see if brings my computer to its knees again....
I beg to differ but it's just personal opinion, I usually run ~60 FPS but I can stand 30 FPS to enjoy such a wonder of engineering.
The side pipes will not open and I have cleared the cache. And when I have the manual transmission the clutch seems to overheat quite easily
The side pipes will be fixed when the game update comes, and I have not been having trouble with the clutch, so that is something I will fix if it is a big problem for more people.
Still tanks my system on the 23400kg model but I saw the amount of nodes on it....I didnt expect you would need about 600 nodes on a vehicle but eh you wanted this mod to be a game breaker so be it lol
Stop the passive aggressive crap man. I didnt want this to be a game breaker, it just turned into one when i had added all the parts to it and added all the collision triangles... Yes, you cant drive a truck without the cab, it is like that so when you crash and the cab get detached it will stop the truck, all the engine controls are in the cab you know
He spawns so many because he l;iterally has one of the most beefy CPUs known to man, the Intel I9 7980XE oced to 4.2GHZ.
There is definitely something funny going on when the axles are removed, with the transfer case unlocked the truck goes bananas. Forward becomes reverse and vice versa.
The fixes are wonderful! Seriously for everyone saying that this mod tanks their PC: REMOVE THE EXHAUST PIPES IN THE PARTS SELECTOR..... you'll thank me later.
