Game wont update

so im having a problem and idk if its with the small update beam put out or steam so basically it wont finish the update it goes all the way to 100% stops and the update time will go up until its get a error it started yesterday and is still doing today. i have gotten one error where it actually says something that could be wrong

That's a problem from Steam itself.
You should try to:

Simply restart Steam

Reboot your PC

Uninstall and Install the game again via Steam

Doing one of these should help.
If not, please contact the Steam Support: https://help.steampowered.com

the first 2 did not work so i im uninstalling and reinstalling it worked last time but i was hopeing there was a better way of fixing rather then waiting 5 hours for it to install
