Mod Folder Structure

    Hello,

    I am new to modding and I´ve come to a problem. Looking at other Mod Folder Structures I noticed that they are multiples "parts"

    Like: The Hood has its own file, the bumper etc. Can someone explain it to me, please? How am I supposed to "connect" them? 25.png

    A vehicle can have various 'JBEAM' files.
    A 'JBEAM' file can have multiple parts of not.

    We decided to have a separate JBEAM file for the main body parts, so it's easier to work with.
    But if one wants, everything can be merged into a single 'JBEAM' file.

    The way they connect to each other is done via the 'Slots' system.
    In short you have your main part, and you define the slots it can have.
    All the parts that matches that slotname will appear as child of the main part.
